I’m a people-first project manager who’s spent the last 15+ years delivering complex digital projects in creative, e-learning and tech teams. I’ve handled everything from messy mid-build handovers to fast-turnaround launches with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. But no matter the brief, my approach stays the same: calm, clear, human-focused and no-nonsense.
Because if the way we deliver work is burning people out, it’s not working.
Let’s build something better.
In 2018, chronic illness hit the brakes on my life and work. Suddenly, all the things I’d relied on - pushing through, being “the safe pair of hands,” spinning every plate - stopped being possible. And honestly? It was the best (and hardest) reset I could have asked for.
I realised that most project delivery models don’t leave space for the real, messy, human side of work. They’re built for output, not wellbeing. And that’s a problem.
So I started building a different way: one that centred emotional intelligence, sustainable systems and clear, people-first communication. Then I discovered how AI, used intentionally, could support that way of working, not sabotage it.
Now I help other PMs do the same.
Most PMs I work with are sharp, skilled, and utterly overloaded. You’re stuck in reactive mode, drowning in admin, and wondering why AI hasn’t made anything easier yet.
That’s where I come in.
I help you use AI on purpose — to clear the mental clutter, automate the energy-draining bits, and free up time for the work that actually needs you: stakeholder wrangling, creative problem-solving, team leadership.
No hype. No rigid frameworks. Just practical, emotionally intelligent strategies that make delivery feel doable again, and put humans back at the centre.
AI isn't coming for your job, just the bits you hate doing.
Emotional intelligence is your superpower; AI just buys it more airtime.
AI can move you from a 'human doer' to a 'human being'.
